My Student's Gallery

Here are some of the items that have been made during this year's teaching - from September 2009

Chris designed this quilt herself and made her own templates

We have been working using the Boutis method and whole cloth quilting this year and here are some examples

Rosemary made this wonderful initial cushion using Boutis technique

Many of the students decided to make a double wedding quilt

Bet made this kingsize quilt for her ruby wedding - it was hand pieced and hand quilted!!  She also made quilted cushions with her and her husband's initials.

Jacquie made this as a wedding present - I hope B and G appreciated all the hard work! It was hand Pieced and hand quilted

Sue made this very fresh looking double wedding ring quilt - it was machine pieced and hand quilted

Chris decided to make one to "decorate" her bed - hand pieced and hand quilted

Shirley's 2nd Quillow

Rosemary's wallhanging started by using the Ricky Tim's Convergence quilt method and then appliqué was added

Lots of bags and cushions have been made

Other quilt designs made during this last year
